Immediate opening: we are hiring a dogger in Racine County, Wisconsin. The job is on a high-rise building site. You will read lift plans and method statements before starting; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Full-time with occasional weekends.
