Wet plasterer wanted in Cumberland County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a wet plasterer in Cumberland County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites On the job you will handle: • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience.
