Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Linn County, Kansas. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
