Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts On a typical shift you will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; check back during the meal and handle special requests; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; greet guests, seat them and present the menu.
