Fine-dining server wanted in Oxford County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Oxford County, Maine. Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner On a typical shift you will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. 1+ years on the tools preferred. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
