Now hiring: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks Day to day you will erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation.
