Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in Lincoln Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter The role involves keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts.
