Aluminium workshop fabricator — Lancaster County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium workshop fabricator in Lancaster County, South Carolina. You will be based at a doors and windows manufacturing unit. Day to day you will erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site; install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads; punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware; de-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience.
