Great opportunity: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Lawrence County, South Dakota. You will clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
