What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Day to day you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts.
