Shuttering fixer • Ilesha West, Osun State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Ilesha West, Osun State. You will work on a bridge and flyover project. Day to day you will apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss. Requirements: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₦265,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
