Powder coating sprayer — Jackson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Jackson County, Georgia. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Your main tasks: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
