Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Russell County, Alabama. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
