Plasterer's mate wanted in Saluda County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a plasterer's mate in Saluda County, South Carolina. You will work on a busy domestic building site. You will patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads. Requirements: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
