The role involves: • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Run load and overload tests with test weights You should have: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota Full-time, day shift. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
