Immediate opening: dish pit attendant (Virginia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. You will work in a hospital canteen. The role involves hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
