Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete worker in Mineral County, West Virginia. The job is at a ready-mix concrete plant. What we are looking for: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers The role involves: • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer Full-time with occasional weekends.
