You should have: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic On a typical shift you will skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat.
