Kitchen porter wanted in Kaduna North

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Kaduna North, Kaduna State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. You will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
