Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Vigo County, Indiana. The job is at a glazing and fabrication factory. On the job you will handle: • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals Requirements: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
