Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Clay County, Alabama. You will be based at a busy bakery. You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking.
