Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium workshop fabricator in Martin County, Minnesota. You will be based in a fabrication and glazing factory. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill • Familiar with ACP cladding and structural glazing • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections The role involves install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads; load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish; check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing; fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding; apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
