Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone The role involves: • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls Six days a week, one day off.
