Now hiring: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Wallowa County, Oregon. The job is in a gas distribution network. The role involves: • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances What we are looking for: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Able to read isometric and site drawings Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
