Join our team: ironing operator (West Virginia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an ironing operator in Tucker County, West Virginia. You will be based in a garment export house. You will remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents. You should have: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Six days a week, one day off.
