You should have: • Valid PSARA / security guard licence • 1-2 years experience as a security guard • Basic reading of English and local language for registers On the job you will handle: • Raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency • Man the reception desk and direct visitors to the right block • Control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates • Man the entry gate and check visitor IDs and gate passes • Operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door • Hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover 2+ years on the tools preferred.
