We are recruiting: we are hiring a maintenance electrician in City and Borough of Wrangell, Alaska. Your main tasks: • Run conduit, lay PVC trunking and clip cable • Pull and terminate cables in conduit and cable trays • Carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars • Isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working • Install and connect MCBs, RCBOs and isolators in the DB • Measure voltage, current and load with a multimeter and clamp meter What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Willing to do shift work and breakdown call-outs At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
