Now hiring: we are hiring a bar waiter in Erie County, Pennsylvania. Day-to-day duties: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Check back during the meal and handle special requests What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
