Trowel-trade bricklayer wanted in Mecklenburg County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. You will be based on a busy housing site. The role involves forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts. You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
