Electrostatic spray painter wanted in City of Bristol

Vacancy available: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in City of Bristol, England. The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
