Join our team: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Baca County, Colorado. The job is at a steel fabrication workshop. Day to day you will check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. You should have: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Willing to work shifts and overtime 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $160 per day, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift.
