Join our team: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in La Crosse County, Wisconsin. The job is at a busy machine shop. You will set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; load and index turning tools in the turret; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54). Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
