Fire and safety officer — Monongalia County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Monongalia County, West Virginia. You will be based on a high-rise building project. On a typical shift you will run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry. You should have: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Pay around $2,500 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
