Production welder wanted in Clay County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a production welder in Clay County, Illinois. The job is at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. You should have: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day-to-day duties: • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness Overtime paid at a premium rate.
