Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day-to-day duties: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare the mise en place before each service At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
