Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Harmon County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Your main tasks: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 4+ years on the tools preferred.
