Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat cutter in Marion County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Season and marinate meat on request What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling 5+ years on the tools preferred.
