Vacancy available: we are hiring a marble fitter in Cumberland County, Kentucky. The job is in a stone processing yard. Your main tasks: • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site Requirements: • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
