We are recruiting: tandoor cook (Indiana)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Shelby County, Indiana. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
