Join our team: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Gasconade County, Missouri. You will work on a residential tower site. The role involves strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour. Ideal candidate: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits.
