Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Houston County, Alabama. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
