Vacancy available: we are hiring a roofer in Angelina County, Texas. The job is at a sheet metal roofing workshop. Day to day you will set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater. You should have: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • A good head for heights and steady balance • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience 6+ years on the tools preferred.
