Rough terrain crane operator — Matanuska-Susitna Borough

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Matanuska-Susitna Borough, Alaska. The job is in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. You will follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift. What we are looking for: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes 6+ years on the tools preferred.
