Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha 4+ years on the tools preferred.
