What we are looking for: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines Your main tasks: • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting 6+ years on the tools preferred.
