Escalator technician wanted in Gillespie County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an escalator technician in Gillespie County, Texas. Requirements: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance Day-to-day duties: • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators We offer $200 per day plus benefits.
