Vacancy available: we are hiring an electrician in Clare County, Michigan. The job is in a power distribution substation. Day-to-day duties: • Size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop • Install and connect MCBs, RCBOs and isolators in the DB • Crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands • Test insulation resistance with a megger • Dress and terminate wiring inside control panels • Carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars You should have: • Valid wireman/electrical licence as required by the state • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
