Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in Scott County, Tennessee. You will be based in the profile cutting and welding bay. What we are looking for: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads Day to day you will drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam.
