Urgent requirement: we are hiring a render and set plasterer in Grand Forks County, North Dakota. You will work in an occupied house during renovation. You should have: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents The role involves: • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush Part-time with flexible hours.
