Delivery truck driver — Transylvania County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a delivery truck driver in Transylvania County, North Carolina. The job is at a container freight yard. Your main tasks: • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts What we are looking for: • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Current Driver CPC qualification card Part-time with flexible hours.
